* - I agree and acknowledge that Business Networks is not an existing company, but rather a virtual office that provides linking services between companies, traders and investors to find business solutions for the client. This is done through the Business Networks website, and that the person who makes these attempts to find these solutions and services is a legal person, and that this person practices this work by obtaining a regular license issued by the government authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (all terms and conditions apply in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), and it is called a freelance license, where the client is linked to a third party to implement the required service.

* - I acknowledge that most Business Networks services are provided by a third party, and you must ensure the integrity of all information, data and documents requested from you and sent to you, and you must be fully responsible for your dealings with the third party, and Business Networks disclaims any responsibility for anything after you are connected to the service provider (the third party).

* - I acknowledge that all projects, investments, or financial solutions presented to you are provided by a third party, and that if you establish any relationship with the third party, you are legally responsible for this relationship, and you must acknowledge that Business Networks does not bear any legal responsibility for this. You must ensure and examine the integrity of your transactions with the third party legally on your part and according to your personal responsibility.

* - I acknowledge that I am aware of the possibility of delays in services for transactions provided to Business Networks and that this delay is not considered negligence or default on the part of Business Networks, but rather a delay from the service source (the third party), no matter how long it takes, and this depends entirely on the difficulty of the transaction in the first place.

* - I acknowledge that Business Networks does not make any decisions regarding transactions submitted to or through them, and that the decision rests solely with the third party.

* - I agree and acknowledge that after registering on the Business Networks website and obtaining the password for my profile page, I will be fully responsible for all data and information recorded on the login page, and I will be solely responsible if I share my password with anyone, and I will be solely responsible if I lose the password and it is spread on any specific website, and I will be solely responsible if any other user accesses my page, whether with or without my knowledge, and Business Networks will not be legally responsible for the spread of any information and data recorded on my profile page or any damages resulting from it in the future.

* - I agree and acknowledge that when I subscribe to the Business Networks Service, this does not necessarily mean that Business Networks will fulfill this service, and I understand that Business Networks makes no guarantees, whether express or implied, to fulfill any transaction submitted to it. Rather, Business Networks will endeavor to fulfill this service and does not promise to fulfill it.

* - I agree and acknowledge that I am aware that this service is not free and that this service has a variable price based on a percentage of the value of the amounts, investments, financing, commercial, real estate solutions or any service that I have obtained, and that I will be asked to document a contract between me and the business networks in which the price of the service is a percentage of the value of the trade, investment, projects, financing or real estate solutions that I obtain, and this percentage is determined by the business networks, and this contract includes all the terms and conditions contained in the contract concluded between me and the business networks, and I do not have the right to object to the percentage mentioned in this contract, nor do I have the right to object to the terms and conditions mentioned in this contract.

* - I acknowledge and agree that Business Networks may issue and send an electronic contract through Signit e-signature services. This company is an accredited company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for electronic signatures. This company uses authentication via email, Absher text messages, and the National Access Service (Nafath). If the contract is signed electronically, this signature is considered confirmed and authenticated, and is considered a confirmed authentication by the Saudi courts. If the signature does not match my actual signature in reality or is fundamentally different from my signature at the Chamber of Commerce, I have no right to object after signing, or to object by using the phrase "I was not able to know this matter."

* - An exception to this is the issue of electronic authentication and signature via the Absher service and the National Entry (Nafath) for non-Saudi nationals and residents outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as their contracts are authenticated through the approved authentication channels in their countries or through the chambers of commerce, courts, and Saudi embassies in their countries.

* - I agree and acknowledge that I am aware that Business Networks will not ask me to pay cash, and that all payments will be made via bank transfer directly to its own account or through one of the electronic payment gateways (Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Mada - Apple Pay - Saudi SADAD Bills - UrPay - STC Payments) determined by receiving an invoice issued by Business Networks in the name of the service beneficiary for the amount due plus value-added tax. Business Networks will not be responsible for the taxes adopted in your country, and Business Networks will not be responsible for any payments delivered to a third party in cash or by the third party bank transfer.

* - I acknowledge and agree that the value of the services provided by Business Networks and its contracts is always subject to value-added tax (VAT), and that its value is payable directly with the value of the services provided. VAT terms and conditions apply in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Business Networks shall not be liable for taxes in any other country subject to these laws, or the tax laws of those countries. You must consider taxes in your home country.

* - I acknowledge that after submitting my data and information, I know and agree that Business Networks shares and reviews all of this data, information and documents with its partners (third parties), and this sharing may be with other brokers, companies and institutions for review, and I have no right to object to this later.

* - I agree that Business Networks will upload all files and data sent by me via Google Drive cloud services for increased security. The email address I entered during my registration on the site will be the only email address authorized to access these files and data via the links sent to me. I will be solely responsible for these files and how they are accessed or published to other parties (this is optional depending on the availability of the service in your area).

* - An acknowledgment by the user that he's/she's is not entitled to take screenshots of his personal page in the Business Networks system that contains his transaction information, or print them for the purpose of submitting them to any governmental or private entity to use them as evidence for approving this transaction in specific reports. If this happens by any user, the user will lose all his rights, including cancellation of the contract concluded with Business Networks for violating the terms and conditions, including that he has violated the copyright law and data confidentiality agreed upon in the contract. Business Networks will take the necessary measures, including breaching the preservation of copyright and data confidentiality, and demanding compensation for the damages that may result from this matter.

يجب عليك الموافقة على أن معظم خدمات شبكات الأعمال يتم تقديمها من قبل طرف ثالث، ويجب عليك التأكد بنفسك من سلامة جميع المعلومات والبيانات والمستندات المطلوبة منك والمرسلة إليك، ويجب أن تكون مسؤولاً بشكل كامل عن تعاملاتك مع الطرف الثالث، وتخلي شبكات الأعمال مسؤوليتها عن أي شيء بعد ربطك بمزود الخدمة (الطرف الثالث)

يجب عليك الإقرار بأن جميع مايتم عرضه من مشاريع أو إستثمارات أو حلول مالية مقدمة لك هي مقدمة من قبل طرف ثالث وأنه في حال انشاءك لأي علاقة مع الطرف الثالث فأنك مسؤول عن هذه العلاقة قانونيا ويجب عليك الإقرار بأن شبكات الأعمال لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية قانونية اتجاه ذلك, فيجب عليك التأكد وفحص سلامة معاملاتك مع الطرف الثالث بشكل قانوني من جهتك وحسب مسؤوليتك الشخصية

يجب عليك أن تعترف بأنك على علم بإمكانية حدوث تأخير في الخدمات للمعاملات المقدمة لشبكات الأعمال وأن هذا التأخير لا يعتبر إهمالاً من جانب شبكات الأعمال وإنما هو تأخير من مصدر الخدمة (الطرف الثالث) مهما استغرق الأمر، وهذا يعتمد كلياً على صعوبة المعاملة في المقام الأول

اقر بأن شبكات الأعمال لا تقوم بأعطاء أي قرار بشأن المعاملات المقدمة إليها، بل يقع القرار على عاتق الطرف الثالث وحده

أوافق وأقر بعد التسجيل في الموقع والحصول على كلمة المرور لصفحة ملفي الشخصي، أنني سأكون مسؤولاً بشكل كامل عن جميع البيانات والمعلومات المسجلة في صفحة الدخول، وسأكون المسؤول الوحيد في حال شاركت كلمة المرور الخاصة بي مع أي شخص، وسأكون المسؤول الوحيد في حال فقدت كلمة المرور وانتشرت، ولن تكون شبكات الأعمال مسؤولة عن انتشار أي معلومات وبيانات مسجلة في صفحة ملفي الشخصي.

أوافق وأقر أنه عندما أشترك في خدمة شبكات الأعمال، فهذا لا يعني بالضرورة أن شبكات الأعمال ستفي بهذه الخدمة، وأعلم أن شبكات الأعمال لا تقدم أي ضمانات، سواء صريحة أو ضمنية.

أوافق وأقر بأنني على علم بأن هذه الخدمة ليست مجانية وأن هذه الخدمة لها سعر متغير يعتمد على نسبة مئوية من قيمة المبالغ أو الاستثمارات أو التمويل أو الخدمة التي حصلت عليها ، وأنه سيطلب مني توثيق عقد بيني وبين شبكات الأعمال يكون فيه سعر الخدمة عبارة عن نسبة مئوية من قيمة التجارة أو الاستثمار أو المشاريع أو التمويل الذي أحصل عليه، وتحدد هذه النسبة من قبل شبكات الأعمال، ويتضمن هذا العقد كافة الشروط والأحكام الواردة في العقد المبرم بيني وبين شبكات الأعمال، وليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على النسبة المذكورة في هذا العقد، كما ليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على الشروط والأحكام المذكورة في هذا العقد.

أقر وأوافق على أن تقوم شبكات الأعمال بإصدار عقد إلكتروني من خدمات (ساينت) للتوقيع الإلكتروني. وهي شركة معتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية للتوقيعات الإلكترونية. وتستخدم هذه الشركة المصادقة عبر البريد الإلكتروني، وعبر رسائل أبشر النصية، وعبر خدمة النفاذ الوطني (نفاذ). وفي حال توقيع العقد إلكترونيًا، يعتبر هذا التوقيع مؤكدًا وموثقًا، ويعتبر مصادقة مؤكدة من المحاكم السعودية، وفي حال عدم تطابق التوقيع مع توقيعي الحقيقي على أرض الواقع أو اختلافه جذريًا عن توقيعي لدى الغرفة التجارية، فلا يحق لي الاعتراض بعد التوقيع، أو الاعتراض باستخدام عبارة لم أتمكن من معرفة هذا الأمر

ويستثنى من ذلك مسألة المصادقة والتوقيع الإلكتروني عبر خدمة أبشر والدخول الوطني (نفاذ) للجنسيات غير السعودية والمقيمين خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث يتم توثيق عقودهم عبر الغرف التجارية والمحاكم والسفارات السعودية في بلدانهم

أوافق وأقر بأنني على علم بأن شبكات الأعمال لن تطلب مني دفع الأموال نقدًا، وأن جميع المدفوعات ستتم عن طريق التحويل البنكي مباشرة إلى حسابها الخاص أو من خلال إحدى بوابات الدفع الإلكترونية (فيزا - ماستركارد - اميريكان اكسبريس - مدى - مدفوعات ابل - فواتير سداد السعودية - يور باي - مدفوعات اس تي سي) يتم تحديدها من خلال استلام فاتورة صادرة من شبكات الأعمال بأسم المتستفيد من الخدمة بالمبلغ المستحق فقط، ولن تكون شبكات الأعمال مسؤولة عن أي مدفوعات يتم تسليمها إلى طرف ثالث نقدًا أو عن طريق التحويل البنكي.

أقر وأوافق على أن قيمة الخدمة المقدمة من قبل شبكات الأعمال وعقدها تخضع لضريبة القيمة المضافة وأن قيمتها تدفع مباشرة مع قيمة الخدمة المقدمة. تطبق شروط وأحكام ضريبة القيمة المضافة وفقاً لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية

اقر بأنه بعد إرسال بياناتي ومعلوماتي، أعلم وأوافق على أن شبكات الأعمال تتقاسم وتطلع كل هذه البيانات والمعلومات والوثائق مع شركائها (طرف ثالث)، وقد تكون هذه المشاركة مع وسطاء وشركات ومؤسسات أخرى، وليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على ذلك لاحقًا

أوافق على أن تقوم شبكات الأعمال برفع جميع الملفات والبيانات المرسلة لي عبر خدمات جوجل درايف السحابية لزيادة الأمان، وسيكون عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الذي أدخلته أثناء تسجيلي في الموقع هو عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الوحيد المخول للوصول إلى هذه الملفات والبيانات عبر الروابط المرسلة لي، وسأكون المسؤول الوحيد عن هذه الملفات وكيفية الوصول إليها أو نشرها لأطراف أخرى (اختياري)

إقرار من المستخدم بأنه لا يحق له أخذ لقطات شاشة من صفحته الخاصة في نظام شبكات الأعمال التي تحتوي على معلومات معاملاته، أو طباعتها بغرض تقديمها لأي جهة حكومية أو خاصة لاستخدامها كدليل للموافقة عليها في تقارير محددة، وفي حال حدوث ذلك من أي مستخدم فإنه سيفقد كافة حقوقه بما في ذلك إلغاء العقد المبرم مع شبكات الأعمال لمخالفته الشروط والأحكام، وبما في ذلك أنه قام بانتهاك قانون حقوق النشر وسرية البيانات المتفق عليها في العقد، وستتخذ شبكات الأعمال الإجراءات اللازمة بما في ذلك الإخلال بالحفاظ على حقوق النسخ وسرية البيانات، والمطالبة بالتعويض عن الأضرار التي قد تنجم عن هذا الأمر

* - I acknowledge and agree that Business Networks may issue and send an electronic contract through Signit e-signature services. This company is an accredited company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for electronic signatures. This company uses authentication via email, Absher text messages, and the National Access Service (Nafath). If the contract is signed electronically, this signature is considered confirmed and authenticated, and is considered a confirmed authentication by the Saudi courts. If the signature does not match my actual signature in reality or is fundamentally different from my signature at the Chamber of Commerce, I have no right to object after signing, or to object by using the phrase "I was not able to know this matter."

* - An exception to this is the issue of electronic authentication and signature via the Absher service and the National Entry (Nafath) for non-Saudi nationals and residents outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as their contracts are authenticated through the approved authentication channels in their countries or through the chambers of commerce, courts, and Saudi embassies in their countries.

* - I agree and acknowledge that I am aware that Business Networks will not ask me to pay cash, and that all payments will be made via bank transfer directly to its own account or through one of the electronic payment gateways (Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Mada - Apple Pay - Saudi SADAD Bills - UrPay - STC Payments) determined by receiving an invoice issued by Business Networks in the name of the service beneficiary for the amount due plus value-added tax. Business Networks will not be responsible for the taxes adopted in your country, and Business Networks will not be responsible for any payments delivered to a third party in cash or by the third party bank transfer.

* - I acknowledge and agree that the value of the services provided by Business Networks and its contracts is always subject to value-added tax (VAT), and that its value is payable directly with the value of the services provided. VAT terms and conditions apply in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Business Networks shall not be liable for taxes in any other country subject to these laws, or the tax laws of those countries. You must consider taxes in your home country.

* - I acknowledge that after submitting my data and information, I know and agree that Business Networks shares and reviews all of this data, information and documents with its partners (third parties), and this sharing may be with other brokers, companies and institutions for review, and I have no right to object to this later.

* - I agree that Business Networks will upload all files and data sent by me via Google Drive cloud services for increased security. The email address I entered during my registration on the site will be the only email address authorized to access these files and data via the links sent to me. I will be solely responsible for these files and how they are accessed or published to other parties (this is optional depending on the availability of the service in your area).

* - An acknowledgment by the user that he's/she's is not entitled to take screenshots of his personal page in the Business Networks system that contains his transaction information, or print them for the purpose of submitting them to any governmental or private entity to use them as evidence for approving this transaction in specific reports. If this happens by any user, the user will lose all his rights, including cancellation of the contract concluded with Business Networks for violating the terms and conditions, including that he has violated the copyright law and data confidentiality agreed upon in the contract. Business Networks will take the necessary measures, including breaching the preservation of copyright and data confidentiality, and demanding compensation for the damages that may result from this matter.

يجب عليك الموافقة على أن معظم خدمات شبكات الأعمال يتم تقديمها من قبل طرف ثالث، ويجب عليك التأكد بنفسك من سلامة جميع المعلومات والبيانات والمستندات المطلوبة منك والمرسلة إليك، ويجب أن تكون مسؤولاً بشكل كامل عن تعاملاتك مع الطرف الثالث، وتخلي شبكات الأعمال مسؤوليتها عن أي شيء بعد ربطك بمزود الخدمة (الطرف الثالث)

يجب عليك الإقرار بأن جميع مايتم عرضه من مشاريع أو إستثمارات أو حلول مالية مقدمة لك هي مقدمة من قبل طرف ثالث وأنه في حال انشاءك لأي علاقة مع الطرف الثالث فأنك مسؤول عن هذه العلاقة قانونيا ويجب عليك الإقرار بأن شبكات الأعمال لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية قانونية اتجاه ذلك, فيجب عليك التأكد وفحص سلامة معاملاتك مع الطرف الثالث بشكل قانوني من جهتك وحسب مسؤوليتك الشخصية

يجب عليك أن تعترف بأنك على علم بإمكانية حدوث تأخير في الخدمات للمعاملات المقدمة لشبكات الأعمال وأن هذا التأخير لا يعتبر إهمالاً من جانب شبكات الأعمال وإنما هو تأخير من مصدر الخدمة (الطرف الثالث) مهما استغرق الأمر، وهذا يعتمد كلياً على صعوبة المعاملة في المقام الأول

اقر بأن شبكات الأعمال لا تقوم بأعطاء أي قرار بشأن المعاملات المقدمة إليها، بل يقع القرار على عاتق الطرف الثالث وحده

أوافق وأقر بعد التسجيل في الموقع والحصول على كلمة المرور لصفحة ملفي الشخصي، أنني سأكون مسؤولاً بشكل كامل عن جميع البيانات والمعلومات المسجلة في صفحة الدخول، وسأكون المسؤول الوحيد في حال شاركت كلمة المرور الخاصة بي مع أي شخص، وسأكون المسؤول الوحيد في حال فقدت كلمة المرور وانتشرت، ولن تكون شبكات الأعمال مسؤولة عن انتشار أي معلومات وبيانات مسجلة في صفحة ملفي الشخصي.

أوافق وأقر أنه عندما أشترك في خدمة شبكات الأعمال، فهذا لا يعني بالضرورة أن شبكات الأعمال ستفي بهذه الخدمة، وأعلم أن شبكات الأعمال لا تقدم أي ضمانات، سواء صريحة أو ضمنية.

أوافق وأقر بأنني على علم بأن هذه الخدمة ليست مجانية وأن هذه الخدمة لها سعر متغير يعتمد على نسبة مئوية من قيمة المبالغ أو الاستثمارات أو التمويل أو الخدمة التي حصلت عليها ، وأنه سيطلب مني توثيق عقد بيني وبين شبكات الأعمال يكون فيه سعر الخدمة عبارة عن نسبة مئوية من قيمة التجارة أو الاستثمار أو المشاريع أو التمويل الذي أحصل عليه، وتحدد هذه النسبة من قبل شبكات الأعمال، ويتضمن هذا العقد كافة الشروط والأحكام الواردة في العقد المبرم بيني وبين شبكات الأعمال، وليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على النسبة المذكورة في هذا العقد، كما ليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على الشروط والأحكام المذكورة في هذا العقد.

أقر وأوافق على أن تقوم شبكات الأعمال بإصدار عقد إلكتروني من خدمات (ساينت) للتوقيع الإلكتروني. وهي شركة معتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية للتوقيعات الإلكترونية. وتستخدم هذه الشركة المصادقة عبر البريد الإلكتروني، وعبر رسائل أبشر النصية، وعبر خدمة النفاذ الوطني (نفاذ). وفي حال توقيع العقد إلكترونيًا، يعتبر هذا التوقيع مؤكدًا وموثقًا، ويعتبر مصادقة مؤكدة من المحاكم السعودية، وفي حال عدم تطابق التوقيع مع توقيعي الحقيقي على أرض الواقع أو اختلافه جذريًا عن توقيعي لدى الغرفة التجارية، فلا يحق لي الاعتراض بعد التوقيع، أو الاعتراض باستخدام عبارة لم أتمكن من معرفة هذا الأمر

ويستثنى من ذلك مسألة المصادقة والتوقيع الإلكتروني عبر خدمة أبشر والدخول الوطني (نفاذ) للجنسيات غير السعودية والمقيمين خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث يتم توثيق عقودهم عبر الغرف التجارية والمحاكم والسفارات السعودية في بلدانهم

أوافق وأقر بأنني على علم بأن شبكات الأعمال لن تطلب مني دفع الأموال نقدًا، وأن جميع المدفوعات ستتم عن طريق التحويل البنكي مباشرة إلى حسابها الخاص أو من خلال إحدى بوابات الدفع الإلكترونية (فيزا - ماستركارد - اميريكان اكسبريس - مدى - مدفوعات ابل - فواتير سداد السعودية - يور باي - مدفوعات اس تي سي) يتم تحديدها من خلال استلام فاتورة صادرة من شبكات الأعمال بأسم المتستفيد من الخدمة بالمبلغ المستحق فقط، ولن تكون شبكات الأعمال مسؤولة عن أي مدفوعات يتم تسليمها إلى طرف ثالث نقدًا أو عن طريق التحويل البنكي.

أقر وأوافق على أن قيمة الخدمة المقدمة من قبل شبكات الأعمال وعقدها تخضع لضريبة القيمة المضافة وأن قيمتها تدفع مباشرة مع قيمة الخدمة المقدمة. تطبق شروط وأحكام ضريبة القيمة المضافة وفقاً لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية

اقر بأنه بعد إرسال بياناتي ومعلوماتي، أعلم وأوافق على أن شبكات الأعمال تتقاسم وتطلع كل هذه البيانات والمعلومات والوثائق مع شركائها (طرف ثالث)، وقد تكون هذه المشاركة مع وسطاء وشركات ومؤسسات أخرى، وليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على ذلك لاحقًا

أوافق على أن تقوم شبكات الأعمال برفع جميع الملفات والبيانات المرسلة لي عبر خدمات جوجل درايف السحابية لزيادة الأمان، وسيكون عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الذي أدخلته أثناء تسجيلي في الموقع هو عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الوحيد المخول للوصول إلى هذه الملفات والبيانات عبر الروابط المرسلة لي، وسأكون المسؤول الوحيد عن هذه الملفات وكيفية الوصول إليها أو نشرها لأطراف أخرى (اختياري)

إقرار من المستخدم بأنه لا يحق له أخذ لقطات شاشة من صفحته الخاصة في نظام شبكات الأعمال التي تحتوي على معلومات معاملاته، أو طباعتها بغرض تقديمها لأي جهة حكومية أو خاصة لاستخدامها كدليل للموافقة عليها في تقارير محددة، وفي حال حدوث ذلك من أي مستخدم فإنه سيفقد كافة حقوقه بما في ذلك إلغاء العقد المبرم مع شبكات الأعمال لمخالفته الشروط والأحكام، وبما في ذلك أنه قام بانتهاك قانون حقوق النشر وسرية البيانات المتفق عليها في العقد، وستتخذ شبكات الأعمال الإجراءات اللازمة بما في ذلك الإخلال بالحفاظ على حقوق النسخ وسرية البيانات، والمطالبة بالتعويض عن الأضرار التي قد تنجم عن هذا الأمر
