* - I acknowledge and agree that the business networking services provider will issue an electronic contract from Signit electronic signature services if necessary.
Who is Signit ?
It is an accredited company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for electronic signatures.
This company uses authentication via e-mail for those who wish to prove their signature on contracts or agreements while they are in different places or far from each other documentation is done by sending messages from the ABSHER text platform, and also through the National Access Authentication Service.(Nafath), and that if these contracts or agreements are signed electronically, this signature is considered confirmed, notarized and authenticated This authentication is considered confirmed by the Saudi courts and is also confirmed in the law of the International Chambers of Commerce for electronic signatures, even if there is a mismatch between your electronic signature and your real signature on the ground or a radical difference from your signature with the Chamber of Commerce, then you do not have the right to object after the electronic signature and receiving a copy of the contract or the agreement officially via your email.

* - An exception to this is the issue of authentication and electronic signature through the ABSHER service and national entry (Nafath) for non-Saudi nationalities and residents outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as their contracts or agreements with us are documented through the electronic signature available in their country and through chambers of commerce or courts and documented through Saudi embassies in their countries.

* - I agree and acknowledge that I am aware that Business networks services provider will not ask me to pay cash, and that all payments will be made via bank transfer directly to its own account or through one of the electronic payment gateways (Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Mada - Apple Pay - Saudi SADAD Bills - UrPay - STC Payments) determined by receiving an invoice issued by Business networks services provider in the name of the service beneficiary for the amount due plus value-added tax. Business networks services provider will not be responsible for the taxes adopted in your country, and Business networks services provider will not be responsible for any payments delivered to a third party in cash or by the third party bank transfer.

* - I acknowledge and agree that the value of the services provided by Business networks services provider and its contracts is always subject to value-added tax (VAT), and that its value is payable directly with the value of the services provided. VAT terms and conditions apply in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Business networks services provider shall not be liable for taxes in any other country subject to these laws, or the tax laws of those countries. You must consider taxes in your home country.

* - I acknowledge that after sending my data and information, I agree in advance that the business networks services provider will share and view all this data, information and documents with its partners (third parties), and this sharing may be with other brokers, companies and institutions, and I have no right to object to that in the future.

* - I agree that business networks services provider will upload all files and data sent to me via Google Drive cloud services to increase security, and the email address that was entered by me during my registration on the website of the business network service provider will be the only email address authorized to access these files and data via Links sent to me, and I will be solely responsible for these files and how they are accessed or disseminated to other parties

يجب عليك الإقرار بأن جميع مايتم عرضه من مشاريع أو إستثمارات أو حلول مالية وتم تقديمه لك هي اساسا مقدمة من قبل طرف ثالث وأنه في حال انشاءك لأي علاقة مع الطرف الثالث فأنك تكون مسؤول عن هذه العلاقة قانونيا ويجب عليك الإقرار بأن مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال لا يتحمل أي مسؤولية قانونية اتجاه ذلك, فيجب عليك التأكد من فحص سلامة جميع معاملاتك مع الطرف الثالث بشكل قانوني من جهتك وحسب خبرتك و مسؤوليتك الشخصية

يجب عليك أن تقر بأنك على علم بإمكانية حدوث تأخير في الخدمات أو المعاملات المقدمة من خلال مقدم الخدمة لشبكات الأعمال وأن هذا التأخير لا يعتبر إهمالاً من جانب مقدم الخدمة وإنما أحيانا يكون التأخير من وعبر مصدر الخدمة الرئيسي وهو (الطرف الثالث) مهما استغرق الأمر، وهذا ايضا يعتمد كلياً على صعوبة المعاملة في المقام الأول

اقر بأن مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال لا يقوم بأعطاء أي قرار بشأن المعاملات المقدمة إليه، بل يقع القرار على عاتق الطرف الثالث وحده مستقلا وحسب معطياته وحسب شروطه وسياسته في العمل

أوافق وأقر بأنني على علم بأن هذه الخدمة ليست مجانية وأن هذه الخدمة لها سعر متغير يعتمد على النسبة المئوية من قيمة المبالغ المقدمة أومبالغ الاستثمارات أو مبالغ التمويل أو تسعير ثابت للخدمة التي حصلت عليها ، وأنه من الشروط التي اوافق عليها بأنه سوف يتم طلب توثيق عقد بيني وبين مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال يكون فيه سعر الخدمة عبارة عن نسبة مئوية من قيمة التجارة أو مبالغ الاستثمار أو من قيمة المشاريع أو مبالغ التمويل الذي أحصل عليه مستقبلا أو عبر دفع مبلغ ثابت متفق عليه لتنفيذ الخدمة المطلوبة، وتحدد هذه النسبة من قبل مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال، حيث يتضمن هذا العقد كافة الشروط والأحكام التي تحكم العلاقة بيني وبين مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال، وليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على النسبة المذكورة في هذا العقد أو المبلغ الثابت المطلوب سداده مستقبلا، كما ليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على الشروط والأحكام والسياسات المذكورة في هذا العقد

أقر وأوافق على أن يقوم مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال بإصدارعقد إلكتروني من خدمات (ساينت) للتوقيع الإلكتروني إن دعت الحاجة لذلكمن هي ساينت؟
هي شركة معتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية للتوقيعات الإلكترونية وتستخدم هذه الشركة المصادقة عبر البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بالذين يرغبون باثبات توقيعهم على العقود أو الاتفاقيات وهم في أماكن مختلفة أو بعيدة عن بعضها البعض، ويتم التوثيق عبر ارسال رسائل منصة أبشر النصية، وايضا عبر خدمة التوثيق من النفاذ الوطني (نفاذ), وأنه في حال توقيع لهذه العقود أو الاتفاقيات إلكترونيًا، يعتبرهذا التوقيع مؤكدًا وموثقًا ومصادقا عليه، وتعتبر هذه المصادقة مؤكدة من المحاكم السعودية وايضا تكون مؤكدة في قانون الغرف التجارية العالمية للتوقيع الالكتروني حتى وإن كان هنالك عدم تطابق للتوقيعك الالكتروني مع توقيعك الحقيقي على أرض الواقع أو اختلافه جذريًا عن توقيعك لدى الغرفة التجارية، فلا يحق لك الاعتراض بعد التوقيع الالكتروني واستلام نسخة العقد أو الاتفاقية رسميا عن طريق الاميل الخاص بك

يجب عليك الموافقة على أن معظم خدمات شبكات الأعمال يتم تقديمها من قبل طرف ثالث، ويجب عليك التأكد بنفسك من سلامة جميع المعلومات والبيانات والمستندات المطلوبة منك والمرسلة إليك، ويجب أن تكون مسؤولاً بشكل كامل عن تعاملاتك مع الطرف الثالث، ويخلي مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال مسؤوليته عن أي معاملة بعد ربطك بمزود الخدمة (الطرف الثالث)

يجب عليك الإقرار بأن جميع مايتم عرضه من مشاريع أو إستثمارات أو حلول مالية وتم تقديمه لك هي اساسا مقدمة من قبل طرف ثالث وأنه في حال انشاءك لأي علاقة مع الطرف الثالث فأنك تكون مسؤول عن هذه العلاقة قانونيا ويجب عليك الإقرار بأن مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال لا يتحمل أي مسؤولية قانونية اتجاه ذلك, فيجب عليك التأكد من فحص سلامة جميع معاملاتك مع الطرف الثالث بشكل قانوني من جهتك وحسب خبرتك و مسؤوليتك الشخصية

يجب عليك أن تقر بأنك على علم بإمكانية حدوث تأخير في الخدمات أو المعاملات المقدمة من خلال مقدم الخدمة لشبكات الأعمال وأن هذا التأخير لا يعتبر إهمالاً من جانب مقدم الخدمة وإنما أحيانا يكون التأخير من وعبر مصدر الخدمة الرئيسي وهو (الطرف الثالث) مهما استغرق الأمر، وهذا ايضا يعتمد كلياً على صعوبة المعاملة في المقام الأول

اقر بأن مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال لا يقوم بأعطاء أي قرار بشأن المعاملات المقدمة إليه، بل يقع القرار على عاتق الطرف الثالث وحده مستقلا وحسب معطياته وحسب شروطه وسياسته في العمل

أوافق وأقر بأنني على علم بأن هذه الخدمة ليست مجانية وأن هذه الخدمة لها سعر متغير يعتمد على النسبة المئوية من قيمة المبالغ المقدمة أومبالغ الاستثمارات أو مبالغ التمويل أو تسعير ثابت للخدمة التي حصلت عليها ، وأنه من الشروط التي اوافق عليها بأنه سوف يتم طلب توثيق عقد بيني وبين مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال يكون فيه سعر الخدمة عبارة عن نسبة مئوية من قيمة التجارة أو مبالغ الاستثمار أو من قيمة المشاريع أو مبالغ التمويل الذي أحصل عليه مستقبلا أو عبر دفع مبلغ ثابت متفق عليه لتنفيذ الخدمة المطلوبة، وتحدد هذه النسبة من قبل مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال، حيث يتضمن هذا العقد كافة الشروط والأحكام التي تحكم العلاقة بيني وبين مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال، وليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على النسبة المذكورة في هذا العقد أو المبلغ الثابت المطلوب سداده مستقبلا، كما ليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على الشروط والأحكام والسياسات المذكورة في هذا العقد

أقر وأوافق على أن يقوم مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال بإصدارعقد إلكتروني من خدمات (ساينت) للتوقيع الإلكتروني إن دعت الحاجة لذلكمن هي ساينت؟
هي شركة معتمدة في المملكة العربية السعودية للتوقيعات الإلكترونية وتستخدم هذه الشركة المصادقة عبر البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بالذين يرغبون باثبات توقيعهم على العقود أو الاتفاقيات وهم في أماكن مختلفة أو بعيدة عن بعضها البعض، ويتم التوثيق عبر ارسال رسائل منصة أبشر النصية، وايضا عبر خدمة التوثيق من النفاذ الوطني (نفاذ), وأنه في حال توقيع لهذه العقود أو الاتفاقيات إلكترونيًا، يعتبرهذا التوقيع مؤكدًا وموثقًا ومصادقا عليه، وتعتبر هذه المصادقة مؤكدة من المحاكم السعودية وايضا تكون مؤكدة في قانون الغرف التجارية العالمية للتوقيع الالكتروني حتى وإن كان هنالك عدم تطابق للتوقيعك الالكتروني مع توقيعك الحقيقي على أرض الواقع أو اختلافه جذريًا عن توقيعك لدى الغرفة التجارية، فلا يحق لك الاعتراض بعد التوقيع الالكتروني واستلام نسخة العقد أو الاتفاقية رسميا عن طريق الاميل الخاص بك

يستثنى من ذلك مسألة المصادقة والتوقيع الإلكتروني عبر خدمة أبشر والدخول الوطني (نفاذ) للجنسيات غير السعودية والمقيمين خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث أنه يتم توثيق عقودهم أو إتفاقياتهم معنا عبر التوقيع الالكتروني المتاح في بلادهم وعبر الغرف التجارية أوالمحاكم وتوثيقها عبر السفارات السعودية في بلدانهم

أوافق وأقر بأنني على علم بأن مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال لن يطلب دفع الأموال نقدًا، وأن جميع المدفوعات سوف تتم عن طريق التحويل البنكي مباشرة إلى حسابه الخاص أو من خلال إحدى بوابات الدفع الإلكترونية (فيزا - ماستركارد - اميريكان اكسبريس - مدى - مدفوعات ابل - فواتير سداد السعودية - يور باي - مدفوعات اس تي سي)
الخاصه به والتي تكون برابط مباشر من وعبر قنوات التواصل أو الرسائل النصية من انظمة مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال والتي يتم تحديدها من خلال استلام فاتورة صادرة من مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال بأسمك كمستفيد من الخدمة بالمبلغ المستحق فقط، ولن يكون مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال مسؤولا عن أي مدفوعات يتم تسليمها إلى طرف ثالث نقدًا أو عن طريق التحويل البنكي للطرف الثالث

أقر وأوافق على أن قيمة الخدمة المقدمة من قبل مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال وعقده يخضع لضريبة القيمة المضافة وأن قيمتها تدفع مباشرة مع قيمة الخدمة المقدمة, ويتم تطبيق شروط وأحكام ضريبة القيمة المضافة وفقاً لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية

اقر بأنه بعد إرسال بياناتي ومعلوماتي، بأنني أوافق مسبقا على أن يقوم مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال بتشارك وإطلاع كل هذه البيانات والمعلومات والوثائق مع شركائه (طرف ثالث)، وقد تكون هذه المشاركة مع وسطاء وشركات ومؤسسات أخرى، وليس لي الحق في الاعتراض على ذلك مستقبلا

أوافق على أن تقوم شبكات الأعمال برفع جميع الملفات والبيانات المرسلة لي عبر خدمات جوجل درايف السحابية لزيادة الأمان، وسيكون عنوان البريد الإلكتروني الذي تم ادخاله من قبلي أثناء تسجيلي في الموقع الالكتروني الخاص بمقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال هوعنوان البريد الإلكتروني الوحيد المخول للوصول إلى هذه الملفات والبيانات عبر الروابط المرسلة لي، وسأكون المسؤول الوحيد عن هذه الملفات وكيفية الوصول إليها أو نشرها لأطراف أخرى

وبأنه لا يحق لي أخذ لقطات أو مقاطع من الصفحه الخاصة بي أو من نظام مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال والتي قد تحتوي على سبيل المثال لا الحصر معلومات الطرف الثالث ومعلومات الطلبات الخاصة بي أو قد تحتوي على قرارات هذه الطلبات، وأني على علم بعدم احقيتي بطباعتها نهائيا حتى وإن كان ذلك بغرض تقديمها لأي جهة حكومية أو خاصة لاستخدامها كدليل للموافقة على الطلبات أو كدليل قاطع أو اثبات في تقارير محددة، وأنه في حال حدوث ذلك من قبلي أو من قبل أي مستخدم للحساب الخاص بي فإني سأفقد كافة الحقوق الخاصة بي بما في ذلك إلغاء العقد المبرم بيني و بين مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال وذلك لمخالفتي للشروط والأحكام التي سبق وتم الموافقة عليها من قبلي، وبما في ذلك أنني قمت بانتهاك قانون حقوق النشر وقانون الحفاظ على حقوق النسخ والملكية والاخلال باتفاقية سرية البيانات، وأني على علم بأن مقدم خدمات شبكات الأعمال سيتخذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة والمطالبة بالتعويض عن الأضرار التي قد تنجم عن هذا الأمر
